The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified Hockey Academy Manager to join our Family of Schools. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our hockey program, developing and implementing strategies to enhance student performance, and promoting a culture of excellence in the sport.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive hockey program, aligning with the school's academic and extracurricular goals
• Lead and manage a team of coaches and support staff to deliver high-quality coaching and training
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate hockey into the curriculum and promote student engagement
• Develop and manage budgets, resources, and facilities to support the hockey program
• Recruit and retain top talent, including coaches, players, and volunteers
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, alumni, and the wider community to promote the school's hockey program
