Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Collections Agent to join our team at Orbit Credit Services. As a Field Collections Agent, you will be responsible for visiting customers at their home addresses to discuss options that help them address their financial situation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visiting customers at their home addresses to discuss options for addressing their financial situation
  • Resolving customer accounts on a personal basis, taking payments, and setting up repayment plans to help customers achieve financial wellbeing
  • Educating customers on the potential consequences of non-payment of their account
  • Updating customers' accounts with visit outcomes using an iPad
Requirements
  • A clear criminal record
  • No CCJ's or IVA's within the last 6 years
  • Confident verbal communicator
  • Good listening and decision making skills
  • Proven time management skills
  • Comfortable working alone

What We Offer

We provide ongoing support and development from our in-house team, as well as a comprehensive five-week induction programme to ensure you are fully prepared to speak to customers effectively and professionally.

Our flexible working patterns allow you to work the hours that suit you and your customers, with 25% of hours worked during our prime operating window between 4pm and 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am-1pm on Saturday.
