Service Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services, working closely with our engineering staff and clients to allocate and coordinate reactive, planned, and service installation works.
Key Responsibilities:- Call Handling and Allocation of Jobs
- Review of Electronic Time Sheets and Pending Call Reporting
- Co-ordination of Field Technician Revisits and Maintenance Visits
- Issuing of Pre-Planned Maintenance Schedules to Clients and Service Managers
- On-Call Administration and Updates
- Arranging Reactive and Pre-Planned Maintenance Appointments
- Client Portal Updating and Maintenance Contract Set-up
- Management of WAIT Info and Achievement of Monthly Maintenance KPIs
- Administration Experience and Computer Literacy Skills
- Adaptable and Flexible Approach to Work
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Reliability
