About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Catering Manager to join a dynamic team and contribute to delivering high-quality meals that meet Nutritional Standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, cook, and present food to meet food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement daily menus, considering special dietary requirements and ordering stock accordingly.
  • Ensure the academy's reputation for excellence in food and service is maintained.
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and achieving food costs in line with the budget.
