About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to ensure residents' needs are met
  • Support the Chef/Cook and catering team with providing fresh home-cooked meals
  • Maintain a hygienic and compliant working environment
  • Ensure cleaning schedules are adhered to and effective infection control is maintained
