Main ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing initial assessments and clinical decisions in line with local guidelines and protocols
- Performing advanced clinical procedures and tasks, such as managing PICC lines and arterial blood gases
- Formulating treatment plans and responding to actual and potential health problems
- Providing holistic nursing care and therapeutic interventions to ensure patient safety

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Registration as a Registered Nurse Part 1, 2, and 12
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council

Desirable qualifications include a management qualification, post-registration qualification in a specialty area, and recognized leadership courses.
