Key Responsibilities

As part of the Vodafone UK Property Team, this position is accountable for overseeing all facets of a substantial commercial portfolio, which includes offices, sales hubs, laboratories, and industrial facilities critical to Mobile & Network operations. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will serve as a subject matter expert, influencing decisions and delivering optimal solutions while helping to establish standards and procedures.
  • Responsible for the execution of operational programs and Key Performance Indicators within a designated area, ensuring adherence to Company Governance
  • Manage landlord and tenant relationships across the portfolio
  • Oversee acquisitions and disposals on favorable terms in line with established plans
  • Manage sub-tenanted properties
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual property payments, including Commercial Business rates, Cumulo, and Stamp Duty Land Tax
  • Effectively manage contracts with external suppliers
  • Conduct estate budgeting and forecasting
  • Provide proactive input into functional strategy and projects.
Candidate Profile
  • Demonstrated experience in Corporate Real Estate, including managing outsourced property consultants
  • Membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
  • In-depth understanding of commercial property management processes, objectives, and procedures
  • Strong communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence while building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Solution-oriented mindset to enhance deliverables within large property projects.
