Mechanical Engineer

Kemp Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our client's rapidly expanding team. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance, service, and repair of mechanical systems and industrial equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct thorough inspections and repairs as necessary to guarantee all equipment is fit for purpose and operating safely.
- Carry out detailed Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) to ensure equipment meets quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns at customer sites, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within industrial machinery, manufacturing, or plant equipment.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional service and a commitment to excellence.
- Relevant engineering qualifications, such as NVQ or equivalent.
- A valid UK Driver's license.
- Previous experience as a Mobile Engineer is highly desirable.
