Job Title: Operational Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Manager to join our team at Norfolk First Support. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Support Workers and ensuring the effective delivery of reablement services to adults in Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Line manage a team of Reablement Assistant Practitioners and Reablement Support Workers
  • Provide daily support and guidance to the team, as well as regular supervision and team meetings
  • Monitor electronic staffing and scheduling systems to ensure the smooth running of the service
  • Liaise with Registered Service Managers, Reablement Assistant Practitioners, and other Operational Managers on issues related to the delivery of reablement support

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with people and communicating clearly and appropriately with members of the public
  • Ability to exercise judgement and initiative, and plan and prioritise your own work
  • Knowledge of current policy, practice, and legislation within Health and Social Care
