About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Rivermead Care Home in Malton. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
  • Collaborate with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care. You will have a current NMC registration and a good understanding of the latest clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is essential, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
