We are pleased to announce a new opportunity for a Quality Assurance and Performance Analyst to become a vital member of the Hotel Services Administration team within NHS Lanarkshire.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with the crucial role of evaluating service quality through performance assessments, identifying areas of subpar service delivery, and recognizing potential avenues for enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the role involves providing support to various services to mitigate service disruptions.

Key Qualifications
