Position Summary:
As a Machine Operator, you will participate in daily briefings with supervisors to discuss production objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting visual inspections of products and reporting any quality issues.
- Feeding materials into machinery and monitoring the production process.
- Performing basic machine setups and adjustments.
- Ensuring machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
- Maintaining cleanliness in the work area and undertaking additional tasks as required.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime.

Work Schedule:
The role operates on a 3-shift system:
- Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

- Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Compensation:
The hourly wage is £12.75 across all shifts.
