At Showpad, we're seeking a highly skilled Associate Consultant to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the implementation of our sales enablement platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of software implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Support, Engineering, and Product teams to resolve product-related implementation issues.
  • Optimize communication and ensure effective knowledge transfer and hand-offs to support post-implementation.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant customer project experience.
  • Ambition to build a career in Professional Services within the SaaS tech space.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Driven by customer satisfaction.
  • Affinity with technology.
  • Desire to build out and optimize project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable working in a team environment.
  • Self-starter, challenger, and result-driven personality.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge or prior experience with sales and marketing eco-stack, such as CRM, marketing automation, CMS/ECM.
  • Experience with various media assets and file formats.
  • Any additional language proficiency.
Travel:

Occasional travel is required for organizational meetings and customer onsite engagements.
