Buffet Venue Manager

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our team at Butlin's Skegness Resort as part of our Buffets Department.
As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
This role will include split shifts with our breakfast and evening dining times, requiring you to be flexible and adaptable.
You should enjoy developing people and be passionate about delivering exceptional experiences to guests by driving standards, leading the team to excellence, and incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you'll enjoy the buzz of a busy environment and will drive your team to maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
You'll have the ability to drive consistent brand standards while being guest-obsessed and operating efficiently in everything you do.
The role will also involve analysing KPIs and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhering to food safety and health & safety policies.
You should have a real passion for leading by example and inspiring others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests.
About You We are looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality such as busy restaurant, bar or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important.
You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 's and coaching.
Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important part of this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
