About the Role

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Skegness Resort as part of our Buffets Department. As a Venue Manager, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences to our guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working
  • Analyse KPI's and stock control systems to maximise gross profit margins and adhere to food safety and health & safety policies
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty
  • Lead by example and inspire others to deliver experiences that truly delight our guests
  • Support team members through regular 's and coaching, ensuring their development and career growth with Butlin's
About You

We're looking for an individual with prior experience in hospitality, such as a busy restaurant, bar, or retail environment where a balance of speed and quality is important. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, and delivering an amazing experience to our guests is your top priority.
