About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Excellence Manager to join our team at The Navigator Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage all continuous improvement activities within a standard framework to engage all employees and drive a culture change.
- Champion a safety-first approach and implement effective processes to improve factory performance.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider team to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and standard lean tools.
- Provide monthly reports of current improvement opportunities to demonstrate progress.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally in a continuous improvement role or able to evidence working in process development within a similar setting.
We are looking for an individual who believes in leading by example, with a positive attitude and strong communication and organizational skills. You will be a customer-focused, diligent, and analytical person who sets high standards of performance and takes accountability for results.
