Manufacturing Supply Chain Manager

Salary: Competitive
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team responsible for the day-to-day management of supply chain logistics, ensuring timely delivery of materials and products.
- Collaborate with Senior Logistics Managers to develop and implement logistics strategies, improving safety, performance, and process efficiency.
- Oversee data management, order book management, and performance metrication to drive operational excellence.
- Act as a liaison between internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth material flow and address supply chain performance issues.
- Develop and implement plans to expeditiously address shortages and prioritize work.
Essential:
- Proven experience in operational production/manufacturing environments, with a strong understanding of logistics/supply chain strategies and concepts.
- Strong leadership skills, including decision-making, communication, motivation, and people development.
- A high-energy leader with a focused management style, able to build relationships both internally and externally.
Desirable:
- Ability to analyze and validate complex material data.
- Recognition through a professional supply chain body, such as CILT or equivalent.
- Previous experience in delivering complex logistical outcomes, driving schedule and financial performance.
