Sales Assistant – WHSmith

Contract Type: Permanent
Working hours:

Part-time hours across 3 days, including weekends. Flexible hours on Saturdays and Sundays.

Please note – Our store operates from 9 AM to 9 PM, and shifts will be scheduled within these hours, typically from 12 PM to 6 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors. Conducting engaging product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits. Creating an enjoyable shopping atmosphere through your enthusiasm. Managing stock replenishment and maintaining a tidy store environment. Ensuring high standards of display and visual merchandising for easy navigation. Collaborating with team members to support one another. Desired Qualities: A genuine passion for enhancing customer experiences. Strong communication skills within the team. A drive to achieve excellent results and maintain high standards. Flexibility to adapt to company goals and requirements.
