As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in driving sales and providing outstanding customer service. You'll be responsible for maintaining a professional appearance, upholding our brand image, and contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, utilizing LIDS selling 101 to drive sales and meet customer needs.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction, offering great brand and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting or exceeding company objectives in individual statistics.
- Maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code policy and visual merchandising standards.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, upholding our values of leadership, integrity, dedication, and service.
- Previous retail or sales experience is desirable, but not required. You'll need a passion for customer service and a dedication to delivering exceptional experiences.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and welcoming approach.
- Flexibility to work additional hours to cover sickness, holiday, or during peak periods.
- Methodical, thorough, and detail-oriented, with excellent numeracy skills and the ability to operate till/EPOS systems.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg, climb a ladder, and work with hands overhead.
- Ability to read and operate a computer, with a strong focus on customer service and sales.
