Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Management Systems Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role will be based at our office in Solihull, West Midlands, and is easily accessible from various surrounding areas.
Role Responsibilities
As the Quality Management Systems Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee and enhance core business management systems within the Tarmac Integrated Management System (IMS).
- Ensure the integrity of business systems and documentation.
- Support the coordination and delivery of business system accreditation across various units.
- Manage essential business documentation and processes across Tarmac's management systems.
- Facilitate effective change management for core procedures and manuals.
- Administer all business certifications, including registrations with external bodies.
- Utilize technical knowledge to foster relationships across Tarmac for a comprehensive understanding of operations.
- Coordinate quality control data reporting from external suppliers.
- Support annual logbook processes and system-related requests.
- Assist in top-level external management system audits.
- Maintain awareness of health and safety issues through participation in local briefings.

- Operational and Office Teams

- Area Operations Managers
- National Business Units
- 3rd Party Accreditation Providers
Ideal Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess:
- A recognized Management System qualification, preferably in ISO 9001.
- Experience in managing and interpreting audit data.
- Strong problem-solving and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A willingness to travel between Tarmac's UK offices.
