We are seeking a skilled and experienced Anaesthetic Nurse to join our dynamic team at Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist medical staff during anaesthetic procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Contribute to the effective day-to-day operation of the theatres, maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with medical staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.
Person Specification:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Anaesthetic Nurse who possesses the following skills and qualifications:

  • Registered Operating Department Practitioner (RODP) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
  • Experience in anaesthetic and/or surgical and/or recovery skills.
  • Desirable: Extended role, Advanced Life Support, Insertion of Laryngeal Mask, Diploma/Degree.
