Working from our office, as part of our Customer Service team, you will play a key role in the success of managing and expanding local business by ensuring our customers receive a first-class service, working with our friendly and supportive team.
This role will see you handling a wide range of commercial and personal policies, including policy changes, undertaking renewal reviews, fulfilling new business quotations, and providing customers with necessary service and advice.
The role will be challenging and varied - if you are looking for an opportunity to develop and grow, we would love to hear from you.
We will provide full training necessary for the role and there will be the potential for hybrid working, once trained, and depending on business needs.
The role is full time, Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to individual and business clients
- Handle a wide range of commercial and personal policies, including policy changes and renewal reviews
- Fulfill new business quotations and provide customers with necessary service and advice
- Work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience of providing customer service
- Exceptional standard of written and verbal English
- Ability to build and retain long-term relationships with customers
- Competence with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to adapt to company systems
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (desirable)
- Minimum – Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above
