As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and leading a team of mortgage advisors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead and manage a team of mortgage advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and market developments to ensure the team is equipped to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a mortgage sales or leadership role.
- Proven track record of business growth and customer satisfaction improvement.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
