Award-winning Investment Managers are seeking a highly competent individual to join their growing Investment Portfolio Support function.

The role will involve:

  • Providing Investment Management Portfolio Support to Consultants
  • Carrying out internal cash and stock portfolio transfers, completing payment transfers, and processing ISA subscriptions and amendments
  • Ensuring all review packs are completed, checked for accuracy, and ready for client meetings
  • Communicating professionally and effectively with accountants, tax advisors, and associated intermediaries, ensuring all valuation, tax, and CGT queries are answered
  • Updating all teams, including the portfolio, Investment Management, and Client Management teams, with transfer progress and client amendments
  • Completing Client KYC data and account amendments
  • Assisting with meeting preparation, adviser reports, and presentations
  • Delivering projects on time to the highest standards
  • Taking an active role in learning and understanding regulatory requirements and the company's attitude and policy surrounding risk management
  • Being responsible for implementing administrative processes
  • Helping the department achieve performance and budgetary targets
  • Developing your own skills and knowledge to achieve your own personal development goals
