As Head of Hospitality, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit through proactive sales strategies, leadership of the hospitality sales team, and collaboration with operational teams to deliver exceptional service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a successful B2B sales strategy to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Lead the hospitality sales team to deliver seamless sales processes and procedures.
  • Balance excellence in hospitality sales operational processes with achievement of financial targets.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to deliver service excellence that exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage seating inventory, package pricing, and product development to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Report on sales performance and adapt activity accordingly.
  • Manage the budgeting process and P&L management.
  • Collaborate with key departments to support hospitality sales growth and delivery.
Requirements

You will be a renowned expert in the hospitality industry with a strong understanding of hospitality sales processes, package architecture, inventory management, and ticketing fulfillment.

You will have previously held a similar role at a stadium, arena, or large venue.

You will also have:

  • Working knowledge of hospitality systems and processes.
  • Working knowledge of pricing, package development, and hospitality inventory.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Financial planning and management.
  • Excellent communication skills with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees.
  • Good knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and alcohol licensing requirements.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking.
  • Experience in financial reporting and commercial understanding.
