We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Associate to join our dynamic Asset Management & Alternative Investments Group in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality project and services across a diverse range of Public Private Partnership investments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide analytical support to the team, focusing on project and portfolio perspectives.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, including discounted cashflow valuations and IRRs.
  • Assist with investor, debt, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to identify and model value enhancement opportunities.
  • Support fund managers in dividend cover analysis and wider fund management functions.
  • Review and evaluate analysis carried out by other team members.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university.
  • Strong financial modelling experience, including the ability to present technical financial information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Report writing skills and ability to produce concise and clear documents for internal and external purposes.
