We are seeking a highly skilled Valuation Associate to join our dynamic Asset Management & Alternative Investments Group in Central London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of high-quality financial models and valuations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support investment decisions
  • Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the asset management team to identify and model value enhancement opportunities
  • Support the production of discounted cashflow valuations and IRRs
  • Assist with investor, debt, and regulatory reporting requirements
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top university
  • Strong financial modelling experience, including the ability to present technical financial information in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Report writing skills and ability to produce concise and clear documents for internal and external purposes
