About the Role

University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an RTT Data Coordinator. In this exciting opportunity, you will play a crucial role in supporting the validation of the spinal service patient's journey and admissions, with a focus on pulling patients through the patient pathway within the Trust and NHS targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple patient pathways, ensuring that each pathway reflects individual patient journeys and is managed in line with clinical prioritization and NHS performance targets.
  • Liaise with teams delivering the service and customers accessing our services, utilizing excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze and understand data, correlating it to patient journeys and experiences to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
  • NVQ3/A Level or equivalent experience.
  • Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
