About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an RTT Data Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the validation of the spinal service patient's journey and admissions, with a focus on pulling patients through the patient pathway within the Trust and NHS targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple patient pathways, ensuring that each pathway reflects individual patient journeys and is managed in line with clinical prioritization and NHS performance targets.
- Liaise with teams delivering the service and customers accessing our services, providing excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Analyze and understand data, correlating it to patient journeys and experiences.
Requirements
- Good standard of secondary education with literacy and numeracy skills demonstrable to GSCE pass level or equivalent standard.
- NVQ3/A Level or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office.
