HR Administrator Role

Holt Engineering seeks a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive company culture and ensuring employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage employee personnel information, including DBS and right to work checks.
  2. Lead recruitment processes and procedures, including application shortlisting and conducting interviews.
  3. Arrange travel accommodation and process expense forms.
  4. Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
  5. Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department.

Requirements:

  1. Strong administration skills.
  2. Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role (desirable).
  3. Knowledge of HR software and systems (desirable).
  4. Qualified to CIPD Level 3.

Day-to-Day Activities:

  1. Schedule periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary reviews.
  2. Manage recruitment activities on a weekly basis.
