Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee personnel information, including DBS and right to work checks.
- Lead recruitment processes and procedures, including application shortlisting and conducting interviews.
- Arrange travel accommodation and process expense forms.
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as required by the HR department.
Requirements:
- Strong administration skills.
- Previous experience in an HR Admin or Recruitment role (desirable).
- Knowledge of HR software and systems (desirable).
- Qualified to CIPD Level 3.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Schedule periodic staff reviews across all departments, including probationary reviews.
- Manage recruitment activities on a weekly basis.
