About the Role:

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team at their factory in the Northamptonshire area. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all manufacturing and packaging machinery in the state-of-the-art factory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks on manufacturing and packaging machinery
  • Utilize strong electrical and mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of factory operations and equipment

Requirements:

  • Multi-skilled maintenance engineer with a strong background in industrial engineering
  • Relevant engineering qualification and proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work a day and night shift pattern
