About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Reward Manager to join our HR - Reward - Corporate GBR team. As an Executive Reward Manager, you will play a critical role in providing support to the Reward function, with a key focus on Entain's Remuneration Committee and other Regulatory filing requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Trusted Advisor: Provide expert advice on executive reward and governance matters to the Remuneration Committee and other stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues in other teams, including Company Secretariat, Investor Relations, Tax, and Finance.
  • Reporting Framework: Establish a reporting framework and process to provide regular updates and information to the Remuneration Committee on remuneration practices in the wider workforce.
  • Remuneration Reporting: Draft papers for the Remuneration Committee, across all aspects of the executive remuneration cycle, and obtain input and approval from internal stakeholders and external advisors.
  • Directors' Remuneration Report: Draft the Directors' Remuneration Report and liaise with external advisors to ensure compliance and continual improvement to our external remuneration reporting.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collate all data for inclusion in the DRR and other regulatory filing requirements, and be responsible for obtaining sign off from our auditors.
  • Process Development: Work closely with the Head of Reward to establish processes for data collation for the DRR, RemCo, Gender Pay Gap, and liaise with external advisors to ensure compliance and continual improvement to our external remuneration reporting.
  • Compensation Deliverables: Take the lead on Compensation deliverables and support projects, including RFP for various platforms.
  • Pay Review Discussions: Support annual pay review discussions, supporting HR Business Partners in considering and discussing market competitiveness, internal pay equity, etc.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training on executive reward topics.
  • Local Compensation Requirements: Work with business stakeholders to ensure understanding and interpretation of mandatory local compensation requirements, such as the application of UK NLW.
  • Communication: Create clear and effective communications.
  • Market Trends: Keep abreast of legislative changes in reward and external market trends through surveys and benchmarking, and highlight existing reward policies and procedures that may be impacted.
Requirements
  • UK Corporate Governance Environment: Knowledge of the UK corporate governance environment, investor body guidelines, and Corporate Governance Code.
  • RemCo Papers and DRR Experience: Experience of drafting RemCo papers and DRR experience.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Great attention to detail with strong planning and project management skills.
  • Commercial Awareness: Commercially aware, with the ability to think out of the box; operationally and pragmatically.
