About the Role

The University of Glasgow is seeking a highly motivated and organized Glasgow Science Festival Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences, you will play a crucial role in delivering the strategic aims and ambitions of the Glasgow Science Festival and associated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Festival Director and other stakeholders
  • End-to-end event management, including logistics, marketing, and coordination
  • Support communications with a wide range of stakeholders, partners, and audiences
  • Raise the profile of the festival and associated activities through various channels
  • Work with the Festival Director to create and support the development and delivery of high-quality research-linked public and community engagement activity
Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of event management and administration, as well as experience in working with stakeholders and partners.
