IT Training Specialist

The successful candidate will play a vital role in identifying skills gaps for technologies within the business and developing a range of curriculums to increase knowledge amongst users.
This is a hybrid role involving 50% split between home and office, requiring the ability to deliver a variety of training methods catering to different learning styles including workshops, webinars, and hands-on training.
Key Responsibilities:- Experience running technical demonstrations and IT training/workshops
- Delivering both online and offline training
- Excellent communication skills
- Interest and curiosity for technology and how it links a business together
The ideal candidate will have experience with MS Office 365 and MS Teams, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
