Oak Springs is a luxury, purpose-built residential care home in Wavertree. We provide the highest standard of residential respite and dementia care for older people. Our 74-bed home is spread across three floors, with a vibrant community of residents who enjoy everything from music rooms and a beauty salon to peaceful lounge and courtyard areas. We embrace sensory enlightenment, encourage individuality, and focus on enhancing quality of life rather than just preserving it.
Your Role as a Care Assistant
- Provide personalized care and support to our residents, assisting with daily activities such as personal hygiene, eating, and engaging in social activities.
- Offer emotional support and companionship, building meaningful relationships with residents.
- Help residents live enriched and fulfilling lives, focusing on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and order within the care home environment.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the needs of our residents are met.
