Site Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Ixworth School. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our school site and grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain the school site and grounds to a high standard, including cleaning, sweeping, and clearing litter and leaves.
- Carry out minor repairs, improvements, and decoration of the school site, including during school holidays.
- Ensure site security and open and/or close the school at designated times, checking that all is in order.
- Act as a nominated alarm contact for the school.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in site maintenance and upkeep.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including school holidays.
