About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Install Operations Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple external install partners, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining high standards of install speed and quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a network of external install partners to install Amazon Key devices in residential buildings.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve install success and time to install.
  • Scout for new install partners and onboard them to increase coverage, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • Provide remote and onsite training for technical teams.
  • Compile and deliver test result datasets to stakeholders.
  • Serve as an expert resource for end-user support workflows.
  • Support on-site investigations as needed.
About the Team

The Amazon Key team is a cross-functional team within the Amazon Devices organization, working alongside Ring and other Home Security teams. We are the bridge between device management and physical services, with a focus on ownership and collaboration.

Requirements
  • Experience in program or project management.
  • Knowledge of smart home devices and access control systems.
  • Electrician or equivalent qualification and work experience.
  • Ability to define processes and workflows.
  • Understanding of technical dependencies.
  • Knowledge of wireless communication technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English.
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Proven track record of delivering results on time.
