About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Credit Control Manager to join our team at Thrifty Car & Van Rental. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing our credit control processes, ensuring timely and effective recovery of debts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts and debtors
- Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimize bad debt
- Communicate with customers to resolve payment issues and negotiate settlements
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure accurate credit checks and risk assessments
- Monitor and report on credit control performance, identifying areas for improvement
Requirements:
