About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our People Services Team at Randstad Construction and Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an unrivalled HR service to our 3000+ colleagues, delivering efficient transactional and advisory support services across a wide range of HR queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and colleagues on employee relations matters, including absence, capability, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Support the maintenance of our HRIS system, ensuring accurate updates across all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to improve our HR service, sharing insights, trends, and data to inform decision-making and improvements.
  • Collaborate with the People Services Team to deliver an unrivalled colleague experience, identifying opportunities for process improvements and workflow enhancements.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional HR service. You will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced HR environment, responding to a variety of queries across the full employee life cycle. Your excellent communication skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities will be essential in this role.

You will have experience of dealing with HR case management, including employee relations cases, and a sound understanding of working within an HR team. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to identify opportunities for improving HR operational processes and workflows.
