About the Role:

This is a senior leadership position that requires a strong track record of leading communications teams, developing and implementing integrated communication strategies, and cultivating high-profile relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of communications strategies to promote UNICEF UK's mission and values
  • Manage and motivate a team of communications professionals to deliver high-quality work
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, ambassadors, and other external partners
  • Develop and implement crisis communications plans to mitigate reputational risk
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading communications teams and developing integrated communication strategies
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
