GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join their Didcot branch. As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for assisting the manager in the structure and organization of the office diary, ensuring adequate time is given to key activities. You will also assist in the company goal to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Valuer, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be required to work full time, including alternating Saturdays, and will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package.

The key duties of a Sales Valuer will include:

  • Assisting the manager with the organization of the office diary
  • Assisting in the company goal to create the largest active market share of any agent in the area
  • Ensuring that the correct viewing booking process is followed
  • Ensuring all personal and branch activity and income targets are exceeded
