RME Consultants are working with an exciting business in Didcot to find a Valuer to join a growing team. Are you an ambitious individual who is seeking a role to develop?

Role: Property Valuer

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum OTE £55,000

Working Hours: 08:45am - 6:00pm (1 in 3 Saturdays)

Contract: Permanent

Location: Didcot

As the Valuer, you will play a pivotal role in the sales process, from conducting accurate valuations to closing deals and managing the transaction from start to finish. The successful candidate will have at least 4-5 years of experience in a full 360-degree estate agency role, including property valuations, sales negotiation, and customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with excellent opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Main Duties for the Property Valuer:

* Conduct property valuations and provide professional advice to clients based on current market trends

* Oversee the entire sales process, from valuation to negotiation and completion

* Liaise with buyers and sellers, negotiating offers and ensuring smooth transaction processes

* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals

* Achieve and exceed sales targets, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission

* Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in the local property market

Experience required for the Property Valuer:

* Our client is looking for a driven and experienced estate agent who can hit the ground running and make a real impact on the business. The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

* 4-5 years of experience in a full 360-degree estate agency role (valuing, negotiating, closing sales)

* A strong track record of generating business and achieving sales targets

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach

* Knowledge of the local Didcot property market

* Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
