AV Event Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AV Event Production Manager to join our team at GET STAFFED ONLINE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for supporting the warehouse, dealing with incoming hire enquiries, and planning productions in conjunction with other production managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the warehouse team with incoming hire enquiries and kit management
  • Plan and coordinate productions with other production managers
  • Deliver events as a Production Manager or Technician, depending on skillset
  • Collaborate with the office team to take enquiries and quote hires
  • Support production managers with production planning, including venue liaison, kit list management, logistics planning, and crew booking

Requirements:

  • Great live event technical experience
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
