About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Company Secretary Director. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-established company in West Cumbria, with a diverse portfolio of small businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the finance function, including cash management, auditing, and budgeting.
  • Manage administrative responsibilities, including human resources, payroll, and compliance with GDPR and AML regulations.
  • Ensure the company is compliant with health and safety regulations and oversee the IT function.
  • Manage the business risk register and act as Company Secretary.
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a sound financial background and experience in overseeing finance and administrative functions in a small but busy company. Consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience in managing the areas listed above, and we are willing to consider full or part-time applications.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of around £70,000 (or pro rata for part-time) and the opportunity to work with a dynamic company in a scenic location.
