Job Title: Director of Talent

Job Summary:

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Talent to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent in the luxury hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to drive business results and enhance the employee experience.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new team members.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training and development needs and create customized learning programs.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent management and share knowledge with the leadership team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR Generalist responsibilities within a high-volume, luxury hotel environment.
  • Experience serving as a Talent & Culture leader within the United Kingdom with a strong understanding of UK labour laws, statutes, acts, and international recruitment.
  • Ability to partner with the General Manager to create a world-class company culture and drive business results.
  • Strong background in food & beverage, culinary recruitment, and the ability to create recruitment strategies to become the employer of choice within London.
  • HRIS/HCM system knowledge, implementation experience helpful.
  • University/College degree, preferably within Human Resource Management or Hospitality.
