Position Overview
- Engage in the photography of gemstones, with comprehensive training and all necessary equipment supplied. Involves basic photo editing and selecting optimal images for product listings.
- Manage website content and product listings. This includes adding new items and overseeing inventory across various online platforms, as well as removing sold items in accordance with a standardized description template.
- Process orders, ensuring secure packaging and dispatch of sold items to customers, utilizing established postal services and courier options.
- Respond to general customer inquiries through various communication channels.
- Interact with trade partners, including picking up orders and delivering items to workshops.
- Uphold the company’s reputation by representing it with professionalism in all tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding business operations, customer and supplier information, and adhere to data protection regulations.
- Keep precise and thorough records of daily activities and tasks completed.
- Receive all necessary training for the role and ensure security within the industry.
- A willingness to learn, ability to work autonomously, and a strong attention to detail are essential.
- Interest or experience in the jewelry sector, photography, gemstones, or e-commerce is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer skills is crucial, along with the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining focus on daily responsibilities. Strong written communication skills and good time management are also required.
