Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Spencer-Richardson, a leading global construction company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and developing the strategic direction of our product portfolio.

About the Role

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Development
    • Develop and execute product launch plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop product roadmaps.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain market intelligence reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management
    • Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
    • Communicate product marketing strategies and initiatives to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
