About the Role

The Operations Oversight Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth and success of MB&G Insurance by overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement innovation and best practices
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute business plans
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain a culture of service quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Build and develop a compelling functional strategy and proposition
  • Support business decisions with commercial acumen and pricing knowledge

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in operational leadership in the insurance industry
  • Insurance knowledge and regulatory background
  • Financial and commercial literacy
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to lead a culture of service quality
  • Ability to build and develop a compelling functional strategy and proposition
  • Strong commercial acumen and pricing knowledge

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary: £65,000 - £80,000
  • Full-time, Monday – Friday contract
  • Reporting to: Managing Director
  • Responsible for: 3 Senior Managers
  • Private health care
