Grant Funding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Grant Funding and Proposal Specialist to join our team at Leonid Group Ltd. As a key member of our Grant Funding team, you will play a crucial role in developing and submitting high-quality grant proposals to secure funding for our clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and support the end-to-end proposal development and bid process activities, ensuring timely and compliant submissions. This will involve structuring, developing, researching, and writing grant funding bids into various schemes, including Innovate UK, BEIS, SBRI, DfT, and Horizon Europe.
You will work closely with our clients' technical and engineering staff to develop a comprehensive understanding of their projects and identify how they meet the grant guidelines. Your exceptional writing and proofing skills will enable you to translate technical conversations into clear, concise, and compelling documents.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess strong organizational skills, including multi-tasking, prioritizing, planning, and effective time management. Your ability to interact readily with other technical professionals, have outstanding interpersonal skills, and excel in eloquence and concise summary of information will be essential in this role.
