Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Operations Supervisor to become a vital part of our team.

Your primary responsibilities will include passionately conveying the brand's ethos to the sales team and assisting in the daily management of store operations. You will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to drive sales through effective product knowledge and team leadership.

Our aspiration is for every customer to experience and share our brand identity, encouraging them to return to our stores. To achieve this, we need your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate the sales team by sharing your enthusiasm for the brand, while supporting the Store Manager in fostering the internal growth of your team members.
  • Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Store Manager to meet commercial objectives and KPIs, engaging the sales team through strategic action plans while maintaining a strong brand image throughout the sales process.
  • Customer Engagement: Cultivate customer loyalty by focusing on every detail and delivering exceptional service.
  • Store Management: Ensure adherence to operational procedures, including inventory management, stock control, cash handling, daily reporting, and team scheduling.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Management (preferred).
  • Minimum of two years of experience in fashion retail.
  • Fluent in English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2.
  • Strong team-building capabilities.
  • Results-driven mindset.
